food truck owner gets heat for message on t-shirt
The owner of a Kentucky BBQ food truck started selling T-
Shirt with message \"I support gay, bisexual and transgender: freedom, guns, Bible, Trump, barbecue.
Belle\'s barbecue owner, Jamie Smith, told the news media that an advertisement was posted on Facebook last week to promote the shirts.
He said he began receiving a threatening phone call a few hours later.
After the Louver fair movement shared the article on its Facebook page, many were dissatisfied with it.
The group opposes discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation.
Smith said that he performed by language without any offense.
The original post has been replaced with an apology.
Smith is still selling shirts.
He says he\'s sold out now, but there will be more people coming in.
