Two weeks after Jennifer Murray gave birth to her daughter Penny, the seed of a new business idea was born.
Murray sprinkled ash from ser\'s plane (
For sewing overlapping hems)
It was in the closet and signed up for an online course to learn how to use it and let her imagination play freely.
The owner of Penny Darling\'s hand-made baby packaging and breastfeeding accessories said she had her daughter show Murray\'s creativity.
So when the standard care dress was not cut completely, she decided to design and hand itmake her own.
When Penny tried to weave on mule\'s hair and jewelry, she made a series of initial necklaces and bracelets with bamboo, cotton and wooden beads, all of which are ecological
Friendly and stylish.
\"Penny often pulls my hair while nursing or scratching,\" says mule, who works as a mental health clinician at the good animal husbandry center and is on maternity leave.
\"It\'s been 7 months and she has two teeth so she\'ll grab my face and need something to bite me.
So the necklace is really delicious.
\"There was enough demand for Penny darlin\'s products and Murray decided to open an Etsy store.
On Friday night, she hopes to get in touch with other local artisans and Etsy business owners at hammer Hamilton craft party.
\"Every year, Etsy hosts a global craft party that brings people all over the world together in their communities and craft, then share what they\'re making on social media to organize the Hamilton event, said Murray.
It takes place in the art form of 126 James Street. N. from 6 to 9 p. m.
The entry is free, but organizations that provide art will receive donations
Create opportunities for the \"fringe\" youth and Angel Fund, which provides art supplies for youth who otherwise cannot afford it.
Here, Murray wears a photoprint T-
Winner shirt under black shrug
Target\'s stylish cardigan, gray skinny jeans from Thyme Maternity and black kitten heels from the winners.
She got a trendy teething necklace and bracelet from Penny darlin.
The most striking work: I have these awesome lime green zombies (flats).
They have an eye, brain and teeth in front of them.
My mom bought them for the reception after I got married because we had this very delicate zombie theme . . . . . . They are the iron fist at the Lime Ridge Mall.
The weirdest wardrobe item: the red shirt I wore in the garden. They\'re mid-calf.
I bought it in Reitmans.
The wardrobe must have: it will be an infinite scarf because of the Penny (nursing cover)
Because . . . . . . When I wear a scarf, I can breastfeed her anywhere.
Whether you want to cover it up or not, it\'s a personal preference --
I just feel more comfortable in public (covered up).
Best purchase: my serger as I can do anything with it.
So I made clothes for myself and Penny.
Purchase regret: I found this beautiful vintage light jersey knit with mustard-
A colorful dress from a vintage shop, perfect for me.
So I wore it once and donated it.
It\'s beautiful, but when I saw the picture when I was wearing it, I thought, Oh, that\'s not what I wanted.
I like to shop in simple places like Joe Fresh and Winners because there are many kinds there.
My big sweater because the winter is over.
I\'m in summer mode right away.
Quietly stepping up on: Swimsuit.
Because of my size, I can\'t just go to any store and pick anything from the shelves.
So when I was in Toronto, I found a place called Tryst, which had the size of everyone and something really cute.
I don\'t buy swimsuits often, but when I do, I like to go with what suits me.
Beauty items that you can\'t live without sleep.
Before Penny, I would sleep 9 hours a night like a clock and always feel refreshed when I wake up.
Now, if she sleeps a little,I)
Wake up and feel like (I)
Can fight the world.
I think people can see the difference. sherylnadler.
